A lot of people have reached out to me about the recipe for Cinnamon Crumb Cake that was featured in my last newsletter!  They said it was easy to make, and tastes amazing!  With all the accolades I was receiving about this cake, I decided to make it for you on this week's Monday Mornings with Mark (and I'm no baker!)!  You won't believe how good it is!  Get the full recipe below!

Cinnamon Crumb Cake

For cake:

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. basking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream

For topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Lightly coat a 9x9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Set it aside.

With an electric mixer, beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.  Add the eggs and mix well.  Add the dry ingredients and mix again.  Fold in the sour cream until everything is thoroughly combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together all of the topping ingredients.

Spread half of the batter in your prepared pan, then evenly sprinkle half of the topping mixture on top.  Repeat layers.  Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Serves 9!
